About Matt
I started working in the IT field in 2007. I’ve been working in central Oklahoma since 2009, serving primarily residential and small business customers. While many of my customers are residential, I also deal with a sector that is often under-served: those businesses that are big enough to need IT support, but not big enough to warrant monthly contracts or a full-time IT staff.
It is my philosophy to understand my customers’ workflow and needs, before proposing new solutions or fixes. I thrive on explaining complex technical matters in ways that are clear and simple to anyone who is not familiar with the technology. Computers are more complicated and frustrating than they should be; I’m here to help with that!
My involvement in computers and IT started at a young age. I grew up during the early days of the Internet. Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, I progressed into 3D computer-aided drafting, programming, graphics design, hardware and software repair, and networking. I also used computers to augment my flight training, earning my commercial pilot’s license in 2003. I am an active pilot, and currently fly a Pitts aerobatic biplane.
I love God and people, and I am passionate about helping others. I am blessed to have found an area of expertise that is greatly needed, and in which I can be effective.
